| Description | Using a zoom lens. I knew I'd find a use for the kit lens. From 14mm through to 150mm I pointed it at a ruler and focussed on the ruler at a constant distance of 50cm. This has been developed without sharpening, cropped and combined only. As the lens zooms in, the acceptable depth of field has decreased, but so has the peak sharpness by eye. |
