Willow Emerald Damselfly

Willow Emerald Damselfly

DescriptionSeen on the washing line sunning itself, I managed to get lots of images of this very tolerant demoiselle.  He, I think, was hanging with wings open like this from the washing line, then moved to the azalea in the shade after a while.  Not a species I've logged before, so very pleased this was pointed out to me.  This is a reprocess after I learned about not using Tone Curves in the Affinity Photo Develop Assistant.  The detail in the eyes and colour in them has been improved greatly.  I've struggled with highlights blowing and posterisation, and while this is not perfect it is a vast improvement.
