| Description | After a video call with the family I repeated the previous days walk and ride with the 25mm instead, taking advantage of even better sun than the previous day. Not normally being out on Christmas Day, being away, or tied to a stove, I was pleasantly surprised at the openness and friendliness of people walking along the canal, almost everyone wished me a Merry Christmas with a smile. Normally you get a fair number of walkers wrapped up in themselves, but it was a pleasant change, and worth taking the time for. So despite the circumstances, the day was more cheerful than I had even hoped. Merry Christmas one and all. |
