| Description | No idea what this is, it looks aphid like in body shape, with small presumably vestigial wings. I'd be amazed if it could truly fly. This was walking between moss clumps when I saw it, ad I was able to get it while it was climbing a moss flower stalk. This gets to the level where there are few pictures I can find to ID it, and really into proper natural history keys. Again this is the Raynox, extension tubes and maximum magnification to around 5x life size. I got a lot of images this day, so some others will appear in other portfolios. |
