DescriptionI went over to Mad Bess Wood to find some ferns to shoot for the mono challenge. However I ended up with wind movement in almost every shot, and was shooting in shade all the time with long exposures and no tripod. As a result I ended up with nothing really good. Every other shot seemed to have something in it that ruined the statement, either a big branch in the foreground or out of focus detail in the background. This one even has a problem to my eye. But it at least conveys the sentiment of how I felt the next day reviewing.
