Description | I had taken secateurs up to Bishopswood with me with an eye to collecting berries and fruits as part of the trip. I collected some sloes on the way back from the top field in Harefield. Setting them up with fill flash and focus stacking to get the leaves sharp as well as the fruit. I think there will be a portfolio of fruits and seeds done with fine art editing out of this. Certainly I like doing them. The tulip seed head earlier was done with natural lighting, as any boosted lighting darkened the background. The fill flash here however was needed to lift the dark fruit. |
